Substitute of custody in criminal procedure
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na instituty nahrazující vazbu podle současné právní úpravy, dále je v ní rozveden samotný institut vazby, srovnání se zahraniční úpravou a aktuální téma elektronického monitoringu, který je popisován formou úvah de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
There are described substitutions of custody in criminal procedure that is the main topic of this thesis and represents the current alternatives of the custody in practice. This issue belongs to criminal law and it is regulated by the Rules of the criminal procedure.
