Předmětem této práce je provedení analýzy systému plánování investic v konkrétním podniku. V úvodní části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky vztahující se k dané problematice. V teoretické části se zabýváme zejména pojmy plánování, investice a odchylky. V praktické části je provedena analýza systému plánování s důrazem na propojení plánování a kontroly. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the investment planning system in a particular company. The introduction resumes theoretical knowledge of the issue. The theoretical part deals with planning, investments and deviations. The practical part concerns the analysis of a planning system with emphasis on interconnection of planning and control.
