Práce se zabývá reformou veřejných financí se zaměřením na sociální transfery. Cílem je zhodnotit její nutnost. V práci je obsažena analýza důchodového systému v České republice, která odhaluje problémy do budoucna s udržením veřejného rozpočtu. The topic of this thesis is the reform of public finance focus on social transfers. The purpose is to review its necessity. Included is the analyse of retirement funds in Czech republic which shows the future problems with keeping the public budget.
