Electronic Negotiable Instruments in the Comparative View
Abstract:
Práce podrobně analyzuje institut zaknihovaných cenných papírů v OZ a ZPKT. Rozebrány jsou jak obecné, tak teoretické otázky. Podrobněji jsou vysvětleny principy a typy evidencí, které vedou účty se ZakCP. Práce se snaží o kritický pohled na institut. Ve své druhé části přistupuje komparativním způsobem k úpravě ZakCP v devíti evropských zemích.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the institute of Electronic Negotiable Instruments, especially with the view to the Civil Code and the ZPKT. There are explained both general and theoretical issues and also principles and types of evidence which register the negotiable instruments.
