Má bakalářská práce je věnována Dokazování a důkazním prostředkům v českém trestním řízení. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na trestní právo jako takového, popis jednotlivých fází procesu dokazování, výčet důkazních prostředků dle zákona č. 141/1961 Sb., o trestním řízení soudním a jejich komparaci s USA a se Spolkovou republikou Německo.
