Minority sexual orientation of teachers in primary school.

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá uvedením základních informací o problematice spojené s homosexualitou. Cílem práce je zmapovat, jaký mají současní a budoucí homosexuální učitelé a učitelky na prvním stupni základní školy pohled na souvislost sexuální orientace s učitelskou profesí. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické části a praktické části. V teoretické části se věnujeme základním údajům o homosexualitě, historii homosexuality, sebeuvědomění, vznik homosexuality, učitelům a prostředí, ve kterém působí. V praktické části se věnujeme analýze nasbíraných dat a vyhodnocením výsledků.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the main points of informantion on issues related to homosexuality. The aim is to map out how present and future gay teachers at primary school see the relationship of sexual orientation with the teaching profession. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part we talk about basic informations about homosexuality, history of homosexuality, selfawarenes, the emergene of homosexuality, teachers and the enviroment in which they operates. In the practical part we analyze the collected informations and evaluate the results.
