Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky vzniku a zániku služebního poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů, stěžejní část práce je věnovaná jednotlivým způsobům vzniku služebního poměru a poukazuje na základní rozdíly mezi služebním a pracovním poměrem.
