The diploma thesis deals with a theme of Trade in Endangered Species in the area of Falconry Trained Raptors. At first, attention is paid to historical law review connected to falconry and the legal protection of animals and plants. Práca sa zaoberá tematikou obchodovania s ohrozenými živočíchmi, so zameraním na sokoliarsky upotrebiteľné dravce. V prvej časti je venovaná pozornosť historickému vývoju práva spätého so sokoliarstvom a oblasti legislatívnej ochrany živočíchov a rastlín. Hlavná časť sa zaoberá jednotlivým prepojením regulácie obchodu s ohrozenými živočíchmi a to na medzinárodnej, európskej a vnútroštátnej úrovni. …more
