Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje tématu řízení školy. Teoretická část prezentuje koncept leadershipu v kontextu řízení mateřské školy a představuje sumarizaci poznatků o pracovní náplni ředitele mateřské školy. V praktické části je prezentováno výzkumné šetření, které bylo realizováno s využitím polostrukturovaného interview a tematického psaní s učitelkami mateřských škol.
