Vzdělávání pracovníků na pracovišti a mimo pracoviště

Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zbývá tématem vzdělávání pracovníků. První část tuto problematiku přibližuje v teoretické rovině. Část druhá se věnuje konkrétnímu podniku, ve kterém vzdělávací program probíhal. Cílem práce je popsat vzdělávací program tohoto podniku a zmapovat spokojenost pracovníků s jeho průběhem.
Abstract:
This graduate work deals with theme of education of employees. The first part outlines the situation in the theory. The second part is devoted to the specific company in which the educational program was implemented. The aim of this graduate work is to describe the educational program of the company and chart the employee satisfaction with its course.
