Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou překážek v práci na straně zaměstnance. Prvním cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s právní úpravou této problematiky. Dalším cílem této práce je prostřednictvím zvolených metod přiblížit čtenáři uplatňování překážek v práci v praxi, a to pomocí výpočtu náhrady mzdy a analýzou využívání překážky v práci ve vybrané společnosti. This diploma thesis deals with the obstacles to work on the employee side. The first goal of this work is to analasys Czech legal provisions regulating this matter. Another goal of this work is to introduce readers the application of obstacles to work in practise by selected methods, by calculating wage compensation and analyzing the use of obstacles to work in a selected company.
