The Czech Republic and the Holy See. Agreement on regulation of mutual relations.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vzájemné vztahy mezi Českou republikou a Vatikánem. Především bude sledovat období let 1999 – 2006, průběh přípravných jednání, konzultace, schvalování smlouvy a pozdější vyjednávání o dalším osudu neschválené mezistátní smlouvy.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the interrelationships between the Czech Republic and the Vatican. Mainly, it follows the period 1999 - 2006, the preparatory stages of negotiations, consultations, approving contracts and later negotiations on the fate of disapproved international treaty.
