Tato práce se zabývá podmínkami pro slaďování pracovního a rodinného života ve dvou vybraných státech Evropy, a to konkrétně v České republice a Německu. Srovnává právní úpravu obou států v oblasti mateřské a rodičovské dovolené a hmotným zabezpečením rodičů během této doby a dále také mapuje úpravu pracovní doby obou sledovaných zemí. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the conditions of reconciliation of working life and family life in two selected European countries, specifically in Czech Republic and Germany. It compares the legal regulations of maternity and parental leave and material support during the given period in both countries. It also deals with the legal regulation of working hours and accessibility of childcare in the region.
