Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá Metodikou zverejňovania zmlúv. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické poznatky z odbornej literatúry v ktorej je popisovaný pojem a podstata právnych úkonov. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje a popisuje zmluvy, druhy zmlúv a ich vznik upravený Občianskym a Obchodným zákonníkom.
