Predmetom bakalárskej práce „ Úverová zmluva“ je priblíženie základnej problematiky úverovej zmluvy v obchodnom práve. Podstata úveru nie je zachytená len v obchodnom ale prelína sa aj do finančného práva. Práca obsahuje všeobecnú charakteristiku úveru, podstatné náležitosti zmluvy o úvere, jednotlivé práva a povinnosti zmluvných strán a prípadné nedodržanie týchto zmluvných záväzkov.
