Subarachnoid Hemorrhage from Aneurysm from the Perspective of a Paramedic

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je subarachnoidální krvácení z aneurysmatu pohledem zdravotnického záchranáře, které je zpracované formou kazuistik. Práce si dává za úkol seznámit čtenáře s daným tématem, edukovat ho o problematice a vzdělat ho v přednemocniční a intenzivní péči u zmiňovaného onemocnění. V práci jsou zmiňované nejnovější trendy i lety prověřené postupy neurointezivní péče. Čtenář se dočte od anatomickém základu až po pokročilé ošetřovatelské postupy. Práce je rozdělena na části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se nachází anatomie mozku, epidemiologie onemocnění a komplexní rozebrání již zmiňovaného onemocnění. Jsou zde popsané komplexní neurologická vyšetření, která dokáží odhalit cévní mozkovou příhodu. Na konci teoretické části se čtenář dočte i o problematice tohoto onemocnění u dětí, jeho četnost a rozdíly oproti dospělým pacientům. V praktické části jsou zpracované kazuistiky dvou pacientů, kteří prodělali subarachnoidální krvácení. Kazuistiky jsou podrobně rozepsané od primárního výjezdu RZP po ukončení hospitalizace na neurochirurgické jednotce intenzivní péče. U obou pacientů jde náhle vzniklý problém, který v životě nezažili a ani se s ničím podobným neléčili.

Abstract:

The topic of this Bachelor's thesis is subarachnoid bleeding of aneurysm from the point of a paramedic, which is processed in the form of case report. The goal of this work is to acquaint the reader with the selected topic, educate them about the issues and explain to them the pre-hospital and intensive care in the mentioned disease. This thesis mentions the newest trends as well as years of proven procedures of neurointesive care. The reader will read from anatomical basics to advanced nursing procedures. The thesis is split into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the anatomy of a brain, disease epidemiology and a complex analysis of the disease. It describes the complex neurological examination, which help to discover cerebrovascular accident. At the end of it the reader will read about the problems, differences and frequency of this disease in children compared to adults. The practical part of this thesis contains processed case reports of two patients, which suffered subarachnoid bleeding. The case reports are written in detail from the primary departure of the ambulance to the end of the hospitalization at the neurosurgical intensive care unit. Both patients have had a sudden issue, which they never experienced nor were treated for before.
