Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá nesporovými konaniami podľa občianskeho súdneho poriadku. Je zameraná na priblíženie nesporových konaní. Celá práca je rozdelená na tri časti. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na všeobecnú charakteristiku občianskeho súdneho konania, účastníkov konania, dokazovanie v konaní, zastúpenie účastníkov konania a taktiež rozhodnutie súdu.
