Abstract:

Jméno: Bc. Klára Tobolová Obor: Pedagogická specializace optometrie Název práce: Diagnostika keratokonu Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Sylvie Petrová V práci se zabývám příčinami, příznaky a projevy keratokonu. Hlavní část je věnována diagnostice onemocnění, ve které jsou obsaženy jednotlivé postupy vyšetřování, potřebné diagnostické přístroje a jejich možnosti využití. Dále je zde obsažena klasifikace onemocnění dle různých kritérií, korekční léčba keratokonu kontaktními čočkami, metodou Cross Linking a chirurgická léčba implantací intrastromálních prstenců nebo keratoplastikou. Ve výzkumné části se zabývám zjišťováním progrese keratokonu u pacientů korigovaných tvrdými kontaktními čočkami. Výzkum je prováděn s ohledem na stupeň onemocnění dle Amslera, věk pacientů a dobu po kterou byly jednotlivé osoby sledovány. Všechny výsledky jsou zaznamenány do tabulek a ty jsou dále zpracovány do grafů. Porovnávány jsou změny poloměru křivosti získané pomocí rohovkové topografie mezi jednotlivými měřeními u osob od 14 do 81 let. V závěru práce se potvrdila teorie pozastavení progrese u pacientů korigovaných tvrdou kontaktní čočkou a větší oploštění poloměru křivosti u pacientů do 30 let.

Sylvie Petrová This work is engaged in keratoconus, its causations, symptoms and manifestations. Main part is dedicated to the disease diagnostics. This chapter includes examination methods, diagnostic devices and their options of use. The work also includes the disease‘s classifications according to the variety of criterias, corrections of keratoconus with the use of rigid contact lenses, using the method of Cross Linking and surgical treatment with intrastromal rings implantation or keratoplastic. In the research I engage in the keratoconus progress diagnostics by the patiens who are cured using rigid contact lenses. The research is performed according to the Amsler classification, the age of patients a the time of their monitoring. All the results are processed to the tables and graphs. I compare the radius of curvature changes witch I get using the corneal topography of patients in the age of 14 to 81. In the end of the work I confirmed a theory of the progression stop by the patients who where cured using the rigid contact lenses. The patients younger than 30 years have better results in flattening the radius of curvature.
