Designe of construction spil valve for long term testing pump system Common Rail
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem redukčního ventilu pro dlouhodobé zkoušky vstřikovacího systému Common rail. Redukční ventil musí být navržen tak, aby udržel tlak s maximální odchylkou do 10% při širokém rozsahu průtoku. Důraz je kladen na nízké náklady na výrobu, vysokou stabilitu v čase, nízkou hmotnost a malé rozměry.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is dealing with an engineering design of the reduction valve for long-term tests of the Common rail injection system. The reduction valve must be designed in a manner enabling it to retain pressure with the maximum deviation of 10% with an extensive range of flow volume. Emphasis is placed on low production costs, high stability in time, and small weight and proportions.
