Refugees in International Law
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou uprchlictví. Cílem je posouzení práv a povinností uprchlíků dle jednotlivých právních kultur, důraz je kladen české uprchlické právo. Práce obsahuje aktuální data k uprchlické situaci. Použitými metodami byla analýza právních dokumentů a komparace.
Abstract:
This bachelor theses deals with the refugee situation. The aim of this theses is to analyse rights and duties of refugees according to the law cultures; special attention is given to the Czech refugee law. The theses contains current data for the refugee problem. Analyse of law documents and comparation were used methods.
