Diplomová práca je zameraná na návrh projektu riadenia nákladov v spoločnosti Václav & Ježo, a.s. Prvá časť je venovaná teoretickým poznatkom o nákladoch a kalkuláciách. Popisuje jednotlivé klasické metódy kalkulácii ale aj modernú metódu ABC. Abstract:
The diploma work is focused on a project of costs controlling in a company called Václav & Ježo inc. The first part describes theoretical facts about costs and calculations. It de-scribes particular classic methods of calculation but also a modern method named ABC.
