Methods valuation property of business company their advantages and limitations
Abstract:
Submitted diploma work deals with valuation methods of company’s property, their strengths and limitations. Purpose of this project is to highlight the strengths and limitations of different valuation methods mentioned in these graduation theses and their applications in everyday life in the company.
Abstract:
Predkladaná práca sa zaoberá metódami ohodnocovania majetku podniku, ich prednosťami a nedostatkami, čo je zároveň aj cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce. Sú v nej opísané jednotlivé metódy ohodnocovania podniku, s poukázaním na výhody a nevýhody týchto metód, ktoré sa vyskytujú pri ich aplikácii v bežnej praxi.
