Abstract:
Tato práce bude sloužit studentům pro pochopení podstaty trestného činu Zneužití pravomoci úřední osoby (veřejného činitele), dále by měla pomoci úspěšně se zorientovat v této problematice jak z pohledu pracovně právního, služebního nebo trestně právního. K práci jsou přiloženy příklady rozsudků právě na tento trestný čin.
Abstract:
This work will serve students to understanding the essence of the crime offence of abuse of public office (public official), and should help to successfully get oriented in this issue from the point of view of labor law, service or criminal law. The work is accompanied by examples of judgments on this crime.
