Abstract:

Corruption is a common problem for people and businesses around the world. This thesis analyses and discusses issues connected with the causes, consequences, and scope of corruption, and possible effective actions of combating it in international business. It emphasizes the cost of corruption in terms of different business circumstances. Besides, it stresses that the fight against corruption may not be easily eradicated and cannot be independent from the reform of the state. If special improvements are not made, corruption is probably continue to be a huge problem in terms of activities directly aimed at reduction it.
