Replacement of hydroizolation and brickwork of bottom of a building in family house with a cellar

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci jsem se soustředil na zmapování a provádění hydroizolačních metod od historie až po současnost. V první řadě není opomenuto na zdokumentování zdrojů vlhkosti v budovách a na jejich projevy na konstrukcích. Předmětem práce je objekt rodinného domu (z roku 1932), u kterého jsem navrhl jisté sanační úpravy s ohledem na požadavky majitelů domu. Při průzkumu se ukázalo, že na objektu je uplatněna jedna z historických nepřímých metod sanace v kombinaci s metodou přímou. Ve výsledné fázi by měly navržené úpravy značně ulehčit konstrukci od hydrostatického namáhání, které na objekt v současnosti působí. V neposlední řadě se v této práci řeší kompletní výměna poškozeného zdiva pod částí vstupní haly.

Abstract:

In this thesis, I focused on mapping of damp proofing methods from the past to the present. First and foremost this work focuses on documenting the sources of moisture in buildings and their visual evidence in structures. The case study of this work is a family house (built in 1932), to which were suggested certain remedial adjustments with regard to the requirements of the house owners. The survey shows that in the case study a historical indirect method of remediation had been applied in combination with a direct method. In the final phase, the proposed changes should greatly relieve the construction from the hydrostatic stress that the case study currently endures. Finally, this work addresses the complete replacement of damaged masonry below the lobby area.
