Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou uspokojování potřeby jistoty a bezpečí za hospitalizace. V teoretické části se věnujeme potřebám obecně, dále potřebě jistoty a bezpečí, její saturaci, nedostatečného uspokojení a správné interakci zdravotnického personálu, jako nástroj uspokojení potřeby jistoty a bezpečí. V praktické části hodnotíme výsledky výzkumného šetření, které vyšly podle našich předpokladů. Potvrdil se dostatečný zájem ze strany zdravotnického personálu o psychický a zdravotní stav pacienta v průběhu hospitalizace. Ale výsledky, také ukázaly, že ne všichni pacienti měli saturovanou námi zkoumanou potřebu.
