Occupational therapy in patient with injury flexors of the hand

Abstract:

V teoretické části se zmiňuji o anatomii šlachového aparátu ruky, průběh ontogenetického vývoje ruky, funkci ruky a dělení úchopu. Ve speciální části se zabývám poraněním flexorového aparátu ruky a jeho klasifikací. Zaměřila jsem se hlavně na ergoterapeutické vyšetření, popis metodických cvičení, cílenou ergoterapii a reedukační program školy úchopu. Do praktické části jsem zahrnula 2 kazuistiky s poraněním flexorového aparátu ruky. Vyšetření a terapie obou pacientů je založena na ergoterapeutických metodách a postupech. V terapii jsem se zaměřila na cílenou ergoterapii a sebeobsluhu. Lepšího výsledku bylo dosaženo u pacientky s včasnou rehabilitací při cvičení na dynamické dlaze.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part the anatomy of the ligaments in the hand, the process of the ontogenetic hand development, the function of the hand and the division of grasp are explained. The special theoretical part deals with the injury of the flexor of the hand and its classification. It is focused mainly on the occupational therapy investigation, on the description of the exercise methods, targeted occupational therapy and the re-education programme of the grasp training. In the practical part of thesis two case studies dealing with the injury of the flexor of the hand are described. The investigation and therapy in both patients were carried out according to the principals of occupational therapy. The therapy was focused on the targeted occupational therapy and the patients? self-care. Better results were found in the patient with the early physiotherapy during exercises on the dynamic split.
