Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vzniku nového zdravotnického zařízení v oboru optika a optometrie a toto zdravotnické zařízení situuje do oblasti Vysočiny. V první části se diplomová práce věnuje důležitým součástem podnikatelského plánu s hlavním zaměřením na marketing a obchodní strategii a uvádí různé způsoby analyzování konkurence. The thesis deals with the issue of formation a new medical facility in the field of optics and optometry and situates the medical facility in the Highlands region. The first part of the thesis focuses on important elements of the business plan with the main focus on marketing and business strategy and states the different ways of analyzing competition.
