Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o tématu metodické a taktické aspekty výslechu. Podle mého názoru je tato problematika velice důležitá ať už pro odborníky, tak pro širokou veřejnost, jelikož se vybrané téma může jednoduše dotknout každého z nás. Cílem této práce je přiblížit čtenářům vybranou problematiku, umožnit lepší porozumění. Nejprve vysvětlím základní pojmy, které považuji za nejdůležitější. Poté krátce popíšu historii výslechu a pojem paměť a paměťová stopa. Podrobněji se zaměřím na pojem výslech a jeho kategorizaci. Další kapitoly věnuji výpovědi a výslechovým místnostem. Poté se budu zabývat přípravou výslechu, taktikou výslechu, jednotlivými stádii výslechu a dokumentací výslechu. V praktické části uvedu případ, který se reálně stal a jeho okolnosti spojené s výslechem.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is about methodical and tactical aspects of interrogation. In my opinion, this issue is very important for both experts and the general public, because the chosen topic can easily affect each of us. The aim of this work is to introduce readers to this professional issue, to enable better understanding. At first I will explain the basic concepts that I consider the most important. Then I will briefly describe the history of the interrogation and the concept of memory and memory footprint. I will focus in more detail on the concept of interrogation and its categorization. The next chapters are about statements and interrogation rooms. Then I will deal with the preparation of the interrogation, the tactics of the interrogation, the individual stages of the interrogation and the documentation of the interrogation. In the practical part, I will present the case that really happened and its circumstances associated with the interrogation.
