Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odměňování zaměstnanců. První kapitola definuje základní pojmy vztahující se k tématu. Ve druhé kapitole jsou uvedeny prameny právní úpravy. Třetí kapitola se zabývá jednotlivými druhy odměn a v následující čtvrté kapitole je vysvětleno, jakou funkci odměňování jako takové má. Další, pátá kapitola, vyjmenovává a specifikuje jednotlivé složky platu, a to jak zákonné, nepeněžní i motivační. Šestá kapitola uvádí regulaci a zásahy státu do oblasti odměňování, a to včetně povinných odvodů z mezd a platů. Kapitola sedmá obsahuje stručný, ale přehledný obraz výše minimálních mezd v rámci vybraných států Evropské unie. Osmá kapitola se zabývá úlohou odborových organizací v oblasti odměňování zaměstnanců a objasňuje základní otázky vzniku a činnosti odborových organizací z hlediska právní úpravy. Poslední, devátá kapitola, se týká dotazníkového šetření provedeného mezi lidmi, jehož cílem bylo získat skutečný pohled na dostatečnost právní úpravy a dostatečnost výše minimální mzdy v porovnání s životními podmínkami pracujících. Výsledky tohoto šetření jsou poté analyzovány a porovnávány s právní úpravou a poskytují reálný odraz úpravy aplikované v praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with remuneration. The first chapter defines the basic concepts related to the topic. In the second chapter lists the sources of legislation. The third chapter deals with various kinds of rewards and the following fourth chapter explains what function such remuneration as is. A further fifth chapter, enumerates and specifies the various components of salary, both lawful and non-monetary incentives. The sixth chapter presents regulation and state intervention in the area of remuneration, including mandatory contributions from wages and salaries. Chapter Seven provides a brief but comprehensive picture above minimum wage within selected states of the European Union. The eighth chapter deals with the role of trade unions in employee remuneration and explains the basic questions of labor union organizations and activities in terms of legislation. The last, ninth chapter, refers to a survey carried out among people whose aim was to get a real look at the adequacy of regulation and the adequacy of the minimum wage compared to the living conditions of workers. The results of this survey are then analyzed and compared with the legislation and provide real reflection treatment applied in practice.
