Life cycle assessment in winery
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je metoda Life cycle assessment a její využití ve vinařství. Dále obsahuje informace o způsobech pěstování révy vinné jako je integrované pěstování, bioprodukce či biodynamické pěstování. V poslední části je zmíněno několik druhů odpadu z vinohradnictví a vinařství, které byly využity jako sekundární produkt.
Abstract:
The theme of the bachelor thesis is the method of Life Cycle Assessment and its use in wine production. Further, the content includes information about different growing vine methods – for example, integrated cultivation, bioproduction or biodynamic cultivation. Lastly, the thesis mentions several types of waste from viticulture and winery that have been used as a secondary product.
