Analysis of expansion of selected plant species on agrarian hedgerows by using methods of statistics and geostatistics

Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce s názvem,, Rozbor rozšíření vybraných druhů rostlin na agrárních valech s použitím metod statistiky a geostatistiky", je analýzou zaměřenou na rozšíření druhů rostlin nacházejících se na agrárních valech a terasách. Pro zpracování jsme zvolili agrární valy a terasy na území Českého středohoří. Výskyt těchto valů a teras byl ověřen v rámci projektu IGA a byly použity i výsledků mé BP. Zdrojem pro zpracování DP byly terénní výsledky zjištěné na cca 1300 valech a terasách a následně tyto výsledky byly tabelovány. Pro analýzu rozšíření dřevin na valech a terasách byla důležitá zejména charakteristika pokryvnosti. Pokryvnost pro vybrané druhy dřevin byla vyhodnocena v prostředí GIS, přesněji geostatickou metodou (Kriging). Byly zpracovány mapy ukazující pravděpodobnost rozšíření dřevin ve stromovém a keřovém patře porostu valů a teras na určitém území v Českém středohoří. Byly spojovány mapy pro druhy, které si jsou svými životními nároky a výskytem podobné. Jejich nároky byly zjištěny i jako faktory dle Ellenbergových indikačních hodnot a ty byly diskutovány se skutečnými podmínkami.

Abstract:

An objective of this thesis entitled "Analysis of the distribution of selected plant species on the agrarian walls using statistical and geostatistical methods " is the analysis focused on the expansion of plant species found on the agrarian walls and terraces. For processing, there were chose agrarian mounds and terraces on the territory of the Czech Central Mountains. The occurrence of these walls and terraces was verified within IGA project, and there were also used the results of my bachelor thesis. The source for processing diploma thesis was field results that were identified at around 1300 walls and terraces, and then the results were tabulated. A characteristic of coverage was particularly important for the analysis of the extension of woody plants on walls and terraces. Coverage for the selected tree species was evaluated in a GIS environment, specifically using the geostatic method (Kriging). There were prepared maps showing the probability of spreading trees in the tree and shrub layer vegetation walls and terraces in a specific area in the Czech Central Mountains. There were attached maps for species that have similar habitat requirements and occurrence. The requirements were identified as factors by Ellenberg's indicator values and these values were discussed with the real conditions.
