Acceptance of Securities to Trading on Stock Exchange
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je vyhotovit celistvý materiál, který by mohl posloužit emitentům při jejich rozhodování o emisi cenných papírů a následné realizaci přijímání této emise na kapitálový trh. V rámci práce jsou vymezena pravidla pro přijímání cenných papírů na české regulované trhy, od obecné zákonné úpravy až po pravidla jednotlivých organizátorů regulovaných trhů. Abstract:
The aim of this final thesis which is called Acceptance of Securities to Trading on Stock Exchange is to prepare complete handbook which could be useful for future issuers. The next aim of this thesis was finding reasons of lack of interest of issuers in Czech stock exchanges and comparing of our legal conditions with situation on stock exchanges in other countries.
