Innovation of Information System for SME

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje podnikové informační systémy a možnosti inovací již zavedenýchinformačních systémů. Pro analýzu a nabídku vylepšení byl vybrán ukrajinský podnik „Keramist”.Tato práce má několik cílů. Hlavním cílem je vypracování návrhů na zlepšení informačníhosystému podniku a odstranění problémů spojených s integrací. Vedlejším cílem je seznámenímanagementu tiskárny „Keramist” s podnikovými informačními systémy a možností jejich využití.Text práce je členěn do třech částí. První, teoretická část, poskytuje informace o podnikovýchinformačních systémech, ERP, CRM, SCM, účetních a Business Intelligence systémech. V prvníčásti jsou také popsány možnosti integrace, zavedení inovací v podnikovém informačním systémua vývoj modelů dodávky ICT služeb. Druha, praktická část, seznamuje čtenáře s tiskárnou„Keramist”, jejích problémy s informačním systémem a nabídne řešení s podrobným popisemkaždého z nich. V poslední části práce bude provedeno vyhodnocení výsledků podle vybranýchkritérií a poskytnuté doporučení společnosti „Keramist“.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis provides information about corporate information systems and describes thepossibilities of introducing information system innovations. The Ukrainian company "Keramist"was selected for analysis and improvement.This work has several goals. The first goal is to make an introduction for management of thecompany to business information systems and the possibilities of their use. The second and themain goal of the thesis is to elaborate suggestions for improvement of company information systemand to solve problems connected with integration.The text of the thesis is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical part, provides informationabout enterprise information systems, ERP, CRM, SCM, accounting and Business Intelligencesystems. The first part also describes the possibilities of integration, introduction of innovations inthe enterprise information system and stages of development of ICT services. The second, practicalpart, introduces the reader with the company "Keramist", its problems with the information systemand offers a solution with a detailed description of each of them. In the last part, the results will beevaluated according to selected criteria and provides recommendations to the company "Keramist".
