Tax burder population of SR in vinculis on acceptabes of national budget

Abstract:

Taxes are an inseparable part of an everyday life. They represent a certain involuntary deduction, which the legal and physical entities of a state pay from their revenues, while these resources serve the financing of the state and public needs. In this paper I have focused on the tax system and on the explanation of the meaning and nature of its basic notions. I have also concentrated on the examination of the tax burden, the historical development of the taxes and the tax system in Slovakia. I have described the tax reforms through which has Slovakia gone since its establishment. In my thesis I compare the tax system and tax burden of Slovakia with other chosen countries of the European Union. I also describe the impact of the taxes on the people of Slovakia from a macroecononomic and microeconomic point of view. I pay a special attention to the individual taxes of the Slovak tax system and their influence on the tax burden of the people with a subsequent impact on the tax incomes of the state budget of the Slovak republic.

Abstract:

Dane sú neoddeliteľnou súčasťou nášho každodenného života. Dane predstavujú určitú nedobrovoľnú zrážku, ktorú odvádzajú zo svojich dôchodkov právnické a fyzické osoby štátu, pričom tieto prostriedky slúžia na financovanie štátnych a iných verejných potrieb. V práci som sa zamerala na daňový systém, vysvetlenie významu a podstaty jeho základných pojmov, na meranie daňového zaťaženia, na historický vývoj daní a daňového systému Slovenska, kde som popísala daňové reformy, ktorými Slovensko a jeho daňová sústava od svojho vzniku prešli. Porovnávam daňové systémy a daňové zaťaženie vo vybraných krajinách Európskej únie v súvislosti so Slovenskom. Zároveň popisujem z makroekonomického a mikroekonomického pohľadu dopad daní na obyvateľstvo Slovenská. Osobitnú pozornosť som upriamila na jednotlivé dane Slovenskej daňovej sústavy a ich vplyvu na daňové zaťaženie obyvateľstva s následným dopadom na daňové príjmy Štátneho rozpočtu Slovenskej republiky.
