Application of lean management methods in the selected company
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zlepšit výrobní proces ve vybrané společnosti za pomocí metod lean managementu, zejména metodě DMAIC. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány prvky štíhlého podniku a následně několik metod lean managementu. V praktické části je poté zjednodušen výrobní proces na základě metody DMAIC.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to improve the production process in a selected company using lean management methods, especially the DMAIC method. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there are described elements of a lean company and then several lean management methods.
