Social pathology students´a wareness when coping with agression in terrain

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat úroveň a kvalitu připravenosti studentů oboru Společenská patologie a logistika terénních rizikových situací na jednání a komunikaci s agresivním klientem. Teoretická část představuje studijní obor, popisuje agresi a související pojmy. V praktické části jsem realizovala dotazníkové šetření ve všech stávajících ročnících výše uvedeného oboru. Byla porovnána a hodnocena příprava na kontakt s agresivní osobou během studia. Výsledky byly srovnány dle jednotlivých ročníků tak, aby výsledky mohly sloužit pro saturaci potřeb dalšího vzdělávání v této oblasti. Způsobilost ke styku s agresorem byla hodnocena také v závislosti na profesním zařazení v Integrovaném záchranném systému. Okrajově byla sledována intenzita výskytu agresivního chování klientů v jednotlivých profesních specializacích. Dosavadní znalosti studentů v oblasti komunikace s agresivním klientem jsem hodnotila jak v rámci jednotlivých profesí, tak v závislosti na délce studia.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to survey the level and quality of preparedness of the students attending the study programme Social Pathology and Logistics in Hazardous Situations for communication with an aggressive client. The theoretical part introduces the study programme, defines aggression and related concepts. In the practical part, I have realized a questionnaire survey in all current classes of the above mentioned study programme. I have compared and evaluated the preparation stage for the contact with an aggressor. The outcomes were compared with other classes according to individual study years, so that the results may be used for a saturation of further needs of education in that area. The competence for contacting an aggressive person was also evaluated on the basis of professional stratification within the Integrated Rescue System. I have also marginally monitored the intensity of occurrence of an aggressive behaviour of clients in individual professional specialisations. I have evaluated the present knowledge of the students in the area of communication with an aggressive client according to individual professions, as well as in relation to the length of study.
