Práce cílí na shrnutí poznatků o spojení čokolády a technologie 3D tisku, které má do budoucna velký potenciál. 3D objekty z čokolády zpracované tímto způsobem je totiž možné upravit na míru vlastním požadavkům, v čemž spočívá hlavní výhoda této technologie.
