Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem rekreačního objektu o dvou nadzemních podlažích s plochou vegetační střechou a sedlovou střechou v systému dřevostavby. Rekreační objekt je navržen pro ubytování až osmnácti hostů. Celkem se v objektu nachází osm ubytovacích jednotek, z nichž je jedna určena pro osoby s omezením pohybu. Součástí je i restaurační zařízení o dvou podlažích s maximální kapacitou sto hostů. Restaurace je v 1.NP rovněž zařízena pro osoby s omezením pohybu. Praktická část sestává z vypracování dispozičního a konstrukčního řešení, zpracování výkresové dokumentace, včetně posouzení na požární bezpečnost stavby, tepelně technické požadavky, energetickou náročnost stavby a denní osvětlení. Teoretická část se věnuje zejména požární bezpečnosti staveb a předpisům pro situační a dispoziční řešení objektu. Metodika se zabývá postupem výpočtů a posouzení stavby z hlediska požární bezpečnosti. Další část obsahuje vlastní návrh objektu, včetně popisu, jakým způsobem byly jednotlivé požadavky dodrženy. V poslední kapitole je zmíněn technický popis konstrukčního řešení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a recreational building with two floors with a flat vegetated roof and a gable roof in the system of a wooden building. The recreational facility is designed to accommodate up to eighteen guests. There are eight accommodation units in total, one of which is designed for people with limited mobility. There is also a two-storey restaurant facility with a maximum capacity of one hundred guests. The restaurant on the first floor is also accessible to persons with limited mobility. The practical part consists of the development of the layout and structural design, preparation of drawings, including assessment for fire safety of the building, thermal technical requirements, building energy performance and day lighting. The theoretical part focuses on fire safety of buildings and regulations for the situational and layout design of the building. The methodology outlines the fire safety calculations and assessment process for buildings. The following section presents the original design of the building, including a description of how each requirement was met. The last chapter includes a technical description of the structural solution.
