Common cord melodics and signals in songs of late baroque and early classicism focused on Moravian music

Abstract:

V úvodní části naší práce sledujeme vojenskou hudbu jako takovou, především pak možné podněty, které vedly k jejímu vzniku. Na ni navazuje kapitola, která se zabývá vývojem signální hudby, jejími funkcemi a uplatněním ve vojenském prostředí v období od 16. do první poloviny 18. století. Dostáváme se tak až k vojenské písni, do které postupem času vnikají kvintakordické melodické prvky, které mají základ ve vojenské hudbě. V následujících kapitolách sledujeme výskyt těchto kvintakordických melodických útvarů nejprve u světských písní z klášterních sbírek. Primárně se zabýváme latinskou písní o Evženu Savojském. Dále provádíme sondu do studentského zpěvníku Cantilenae diversae, jehož manuscript se datuje rokem 1745. Vývoj akordické melodiky sledujeme také u písní v období slezských válek, pololidové i lidové tvorbě. V závěru práce se zaměřujeme na vrcholné dílo tohoto období, hanáckou operu, O Landeborkovi.

Abstract:

The introductory part of this thesis explains the term military music. It mainly focusses on possible impulses to its origination. The following chapter considers the evolution of signále, their function and uses in military world in the era of 16 th to the first half of 18th century. Then we are lead to military songs where the common cord melodics which is considered to have basics in the military music infiltrates. The occurence of the common cord melodics is monitore firstly in secular songs from the monastery sources. First of all we deal with the Latin song about Evžen Savojský. Then we observe the problematics of commoncord melodics in the student´s songbook called Cantilenae diversae, which was created probably in 1745. The evolution of common cord melodics is studied as well with the artificial and rural songs from the era of Silesian wars. To sum up there is a focus on the top work of this era, hanatic opera About Landebork.
