Tématem rigorózní práce je analýza střetu insolvenčního a exekučního řízení. Byť se jedná o dva samostatné druhy civilního procesu, i po revizní novele se v praxi často střetávají. Současná právní úprava neposkytuje spolehlivou odpověď, jak problematické oblasti řešit. Abstract:
The topic of the thesis is analysis of insolvency and execution proceedings conflict. Insolvency proceedings as well as execution proceedings are separate types of the civil lawsuit. In spite of revision amendment of the Insolvency Act these proceedings always interferes in practice. There is not obvious the way to settle the issues. The thesis consists of two main chapters.
