V bakalářské práci se věnuji vzdělání a vzdělávání zaměstnanců v hotelnictví a gastronomii. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat stav odborného vzdělání pracovníků v oboru hotelnictví a gastronomie zaměstnaných v ubytovacích a stravovacích zařízeních v okrese Benešov.
