The Effective Function of the Institution
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce zkoumá podpůrné ekonomické a administrativní procesy na Fakultě ekonomicko-správní Univerzity Pardubice. Součástí práce je analýza identifikující stávající míru efektivity organizace, provedená pomocí studia dostupných zdrojů a dotazníku. V závěru práce jsou navrženy možné cesty ke zlepšení současného stavu v oblasti řízení instituce, financí a lidských zdrojů.
Abstract:
This thesis examines supportive economic and administrative processes at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, University of Pardubice. It contains an analysis that identifies the current level of organizational effectiveness conducted by using the studies of available resources and the questionnaire.
