Abstract:
Práca analyzuje postavenie prezidenta a vlády v Českej republike. Úvodná časť práce je zameraná na rozdelenie výkonnej moci na dualistickú a monistickú. Jadrom práce je rozbor voľby prezidenta ČR a tendencie smerujúce k priamej forme vlády, postaveniu prezidenta ČR a jeho právomociam.
