Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Interní faktory z hlediska tvorby konkurenční výhody podniku“ je vytvoření metodiky pro vyhodnocení interních i externích podnikových faktorů a využití této metodiky při analýze podniku T Machinery a.s. První část je zaměřena na výběr relevantních informací z literatury pro vytvoření teoretického základu metodiky. Druhá část pak spočívá v analýze podniku s využitím zvolené metodiky, na jejím konci jsou formulovány cíle a strategie podniku jako doporučení pro management podniku.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “ Internal company factors and company competitiveness ” is to create methodology for evaluation of both internal and external company factors and to use this methodology for the analysis of T Machinery a.s. The first part is concentrated on the choice of relevant information from the literature to create the methodology theoretical base. The goal of the second part is to make company analysis using the chosen methodology, in the end, there are company goals and strategy formulated as a recommendation for the company management.
