Práca ja venovaná konceptu virtuálneho vlastníctva, konkrétne možnostiam jeho právnej ochrany. Čitateľa oboznamuje s konceptmi virtuálnych svetov a virtuálneho vlastníctva podľa ich súčasného chápania. Následne sú na takto vymedzené virtuálne vlastníctvo aplikované vybrané právne inštitúty slúžiace bežne na ochranu hodnôt v práve. Druhá polovica práce je zameraná praktickejšie. Thesis is dedicated to virtual property, particularly to possibilities of its legal protection. It introduces reader to concepts of virtual worlds and virtual property, according to their current understanding. Consequently, selected legal institutes normally applicable to protection of values in law are applied to previously defined virtual property.
