Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo zpracovat analytickou i návrhovou část nové obchodní strategie tak, aby byla v souladu s korporátní strategií společnosti Tomil a metodicky zformulovala celý proces změny obchodní strategie. Celý proces změny stávající obchodní strategie musel být naplánován tak, aby nedošlo k zásadním změnám v současném výrobním programu a zůstaly zachovány všechny fungující elementy. Přitom se bylo třeba přizpůsobit novým podmínkám na trhu a cíl měl být především realizovatelný. V analytické části práce jsem se soustředil na soulad mezi vnitřním prostředím společnosti Tomil a prostředím vnějšího okolí, k čemuž jsem využil analýzy pro vnější oborové prostředí a analýzu pro současný stav obecného okolí. Dále jsem provedl analýzu vnitřních faktorů organizace. V souladu se situací uvnitř společnosti a s disponibilními zdroji by měly být i dlouhodobé cíle podniku. Proto jsem vyhodnotil konkurenční pozici organizace a vymezil základ, na kterém společnost chce konkurovat a na kterém je také konkurovat schopna. V závěru analytické části práce jsem shrnul výsledky do analýzy SWOT. V návrhové části jsem zformuloval obchodní strategii pomocí rozšířeného marketingového mixu sedmi základních projektů. Každý z definovaných projektů jsem rozpracoval do dílčích cílů a tím jsem vymezil časový horizont i celý rámec strategie. Z následně doporučených bodů pro implementaci jsem vygeneroval harmonogram, ve kterém jsem označil a popsal cíle, jejich nositele a především termíny plnění dílčích cílů včetně jednotlivých kontrol. Závěrem jsem zrekapituloval problémy i cíle. Mohl jsem konstatovat, že základní problém byl v této diplomové práci v plném rozsahu vyřešen.

Abstract:

The aim of the dissertation was elaboration of an analytical and proposal part for new business strategy in such a way that it is in line with corporate strategy and methodically formulates the whole process of change in the business strategy in Tomil. This entailed planning the process of change in the current business strategy, in such a way as to adapt it to the conditions on the market with no impact on the existing production programme and whilst preserving all functioning elements. This aim was supposed above all to be an implementable one. In the analytical part, I placed an emphasis on conformity between the external environment and the environment inside the company. For this, I used analysis of the current condition of the general environment and the external industry-specific environment. I also performed analysis of the internal factors of the organisation. Long-term objectives should fall in line with the available resources and other situation inside the company. This is why I also assessed the competitive position of the organisation and defined the basis on which the company wishes to compete and on which it is able to compete. In the conclusion of the analytical part, I summed everything up into a comprehensive SWOT analysis. In the proposal part, I formulated business strategy with the aid of seven basic projects, with allocated responsibilities for each project. I worked each of the main objectives (projects) defined into partial objectives with the aid of SMART principles, by means of which I defined the specific framework of the strategy, including the timeframe. Recommendations for implementation resulted in a schedule where I precisely described and indicated the objectives, their holders and the main deadlines for individual checks and fulfilment of all partial objectives. In the conclusion, I recapitulated the problems and objectives. I was able to state that the main problem was fully resolved in this dissertation.
