This bachelor thesis is a processing of legal regulation of flat renting. Theoretical part comes out of codes and relative literature. Analysis is done by the form of comparison of civil legal enactment of Slovak Re-public and civil legal enactment of Czech Republic. Táto bakalárska práca je spracovaním právnej úpravy nájmu bytu. V teoretickej časti vychádza z kódexov a odbornej literatúry k danej téme. Analýza je urobená formou komparácie občianskeho právneho predpisu Slovenskej republiky a občianskeho právneho predpisu Českej republiky.
