Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na volnou fetální DNA a její možnosti využití v prenatální genetické diagnostice. Volná fetální DNA se vyskytuje v plazmě těhotných žen, odkud může být izolována a využita pro vyšetření genetických abnormalit plodu. Vyšetření volné fetální DNA se řadí mezi neinvazivní metody prenatální diagnostiky. První část práce se věnuje volné fetální DNA, jejímu původu a vlastnostem. V druhé …more
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on cell free fetal DNA and on the ways it can be applied in prenatal genetic diagnostics. Cell free fetal DNA is located in maternal plasma of pregnant women, and from there it can be isolated and used for fetal genetic abnormalities testing.
