Bossing as a specific form of mobbing at primary schools

Abstract:

Diplomová práce proniká do problematiky násilí na pracovišti. Mapuje v kvalitativní rovině výskyt mobbingu a bossingu mezi učiteli na základních školách. V teoretické části se zabývá vyložením pojmů agresivita, šikana a důkladně se věnuji vymezení pojmu mobbing – jeho projevům, příčinám, průběhu, důsledkům, možnostem obrany a prevenci. Dále přibližuji prostředí českého školství, kde definuji roli učitele, ředitele a České školní inspekce. V empirické části popisuji výzkumné šetření zaměřené na učitele jako oběti mobbingu. Získaná data prošly analýzou otevřeného, axiálního a selektivního kódování. Výstupem je zakotvená teorie, která charakterizuje průběh fenoménu násilí na pracovišti. V Českých základních školách se objevuje bossing, kdy agresorem je ředitel školy. Učitelé nemají znalost, jak se proti psychickému teroru bránit. A pokud se stanou obětí mobbing, tak ze zaměstnání dříve či později odcházejí.

Abstract:

Diploma work gets to the issue of workplace violence. Map in qualitative terms the incidence of mobbing and bossing among teachers in primary schools. In the theoretical part deals with the unloading of the terms aggression, bullying, and thoroughly devoted to the definition of Harassment - its symptoms, causes, course, consequences, prevention and defense capabilities. Furthermore, theories of the Czech education environment, where I define the role of teacher, and director of the Czech School Inspection. In the empirical part I describe my research focused on teachers as victims of mobbing. Collected data underwent analysis of open, axial and selective coding. The output is grounded theory, which characterizes the progress of the phenomenon of violence in the workplace. The Czech school bossing occurs when the aggressor is the headmaster. Teachers have no knowledge of how to defend against psychological terror. And if they become victims of mobbing and the job sooner or later go.
